The Case Manager monitors and manages employee progress from diagnosis to treatment through follow-up, and coordinates all medical services for the employee/patient so that a safe yet aggressive treatment schedule can be adhered to. In addition, the Case Manager provides written status reports for all relevant parties, including supervisors and insurance carriers.
